Information That We Collect
For each visitor to our web site, our web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).  We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail or through forms on our web site, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

Cookies
We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart.

How We Use The Information
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web site, to notify consumers about updates to our web site, and to provide information we believe to be of interest to the consumer for marketing and/or commercial purposes.  The information we collect is NOT shared with any other organizations for purposes of allowing them to contact consumers for marketing and/or commercial purposes.  Additionally, we currently do not partner with or have special relationships with any Ad Server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.  If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our web site on our Privacy Policy Statement page to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.  If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check our Privacy Policy Statement page periodically.

E-mail Addresses
If you supply us with your e-mail address, you may receive periodic e-mails from us with information on updates to our site, new products and services, special offerings, news features, upcoming events, etc.

If you do not wish to receive e-mail from us in the future, please follow the easy removal instructions that we will always include in our mailings.  If we obtained your e-mail address due to your subscription to our newsletter, you may remove your e-mail address from our database at any time by going to our subscription form, filling in your e-mail address, and clicking on "Unsubscribe."

Postal Addresses
If you supply us with your postal address on-line, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events.  If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by e-mailing us at info@duckdecoys.com.  Please provide us with the exact name and address that you wish to have removed.

Telephone Numbers
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line, unless they have specifically authorized us to contact them by phone relative to any other matter.

Access To Information Collected
Upon request, we provide site visitors with access to transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them, and a description of information that we maintain about them.

Security
