The proven double reed design of the DR-115 prevents blow-down or "squealing."  This double reed call can be blown for great volume, but is not hard to blow.  It's good for soft, close-in calling and chattering as well. An excellent contest call.  The barrel and bell are turned from select American walnut and finished with moisture-resistant polyurethane.  Clear red cedar tonal parts.
